Umme Muhammad, a tech-enthusiast, returned to Pakistan in 2010 from New York with a vision to foster the Youth by equipping them with basic level of skills to maximize their success in life & encourage to develop their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body with core set of Human Values. Umme Muhammad is a dedicated and results oriented professional known for her exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships with a passion for business development. Her extensive experience and strategic approach have made her valuable asset in driving growth and creating opportunities for organizations.

With a diverse background and a track record of success, Umme brings a unique blend of expertise, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach to her role.

Umme is also the Chairperson at Million Smiles Foundation primarily working for educating Out Of School Children Of Mountain Valleys. She has been a big advocate of women rights and women empowerment and has spoken at various Local and International events. She along with her husband hosted the Global Leadership of World Bank in Lahore & Karachi. She regularly tweets about “Girls Education” and is building schools in rural areas for underprivileged.

She takes monthly sessions on “Heart to Heart” for females where she talks about general issues faced by young women, working women and also helps counsel females on all personal and professional matters.

She also runs a large Volunteer network with over 20,000 members across 103 cities of Pakistan and her team of #TeamBlackNinja which does a lot of CSR work across Pakistan.

She believes in global leadership potential of Pakistani youth which is why she along with her husband is trying to shape possibilities for them.

Together with her Husband & Co-Founder, Zeshan Afzal, they have started #TheCorporateCouple initiative to help young generation understand “Real Values” especially “young couples” working in the “Corporate Sector” !
