Iqbal has led major system development projects, particularly in the energy sector with FESCO and Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO). He has a proven track record of implementing effective performance monitoring and corporate finance systems that have significantly improved operational effciency and governance within these organizations.
His strategic insights have also been applied in regulatory affairs, where he has influenced key legislation and corporate governance standards as the former President of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan).
