MBA (Management by Action with ELL) presents a unique opportunity for leaders/ managers to develop characteristics in an experiential setting than through classroom training.

MBA (Management by Action with ELL) is a series of challenges conducted in wilderness sites far removed from normal living In a calm and informal environment, up close with nature people are found more introspective, uninhibited and inwardly ready for a comprehensive and valuable learning after experiencing MBA (Management by Action with ELL) Managers learn leadership skills and tend to bond together in a way that is impossible in an office atmosphere.

In an unusual, unique and untried environment, MBA (Management by Action with ELL presents unpredictable situations and challenges,stretching managers beyond their customary comfort zones. As a result of these experiences, managers tend to lose their hangups, shed their masks and become more receptive to learning.
